All of our merchandise is brand new which comes directly from our manufacturer.
Back Orders
All items are either IN STOCK or BY ORDER. Instock is 12-48 hour shipping and Buy Order is your item will be 5-10 days.
We do our best to keep this website up to date but during busy times some items may sellout without notice.
Internet Ordering
Placing your order online is very easy, fast and safe.
International Orders
We ship worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the Government. We use Australia Post Airmail for international deliveries, unless specified otherwise by the customer. If you are an international customer please contact us for shipping costs.
Shipping Time
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Some orders may take up to 10 days to ship. The reason for this is due to following reasons.
- Postponed arrival dates of certain merchandise
- Inspection of the merchandise once received
- Pre-packing of merchandise
We thank you for your patience, we will do our best to ship your order ASAP.
Returning Merchandise
If there is a quality probelm only with your order you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive authorization, please contact us with the reason for return. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds/Store Credit
-Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get items return and are still in original packing with tags.. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
-Store Credit/Refund is only offered to items which are paid in full within 7 days after end of auction, and valid for 30 days from the date we receive return.
- Shipping originally paid are non refundable.
- All of the customers who have paid with Paypal, credit will be refunded back to your account.
